This dynamic mat Pilates class uses weights and resistance bands to enhance your workout. The class is designed to progress from basic stability to full-body integrated movement while training your balance, engagement of your core, and muscle activation. As part of our power Pilates classes, this session blends classical Pilates with yoga-inspired elements and resistance-based work to strengthen, lengthen, and improve posture and mobility — using props to accentuate each facet of movement deliberately and control.
