First aid course

A first aid course gives people the information and hands-on experience they need to be able to respond confidently in an emergency. Training usually includes basic skills like CPR, how to handle choking, how to treat burns, scrapes, and broken bones, and how to spot indicators of sudden sickness. Courses also teach how to carefully evaluate problems, set priorities, and calm those who are affected while they wait for aid from professionals. A lot of the time, realistic situations are used to help students practice making decisions under pressure and learn how to be calm and organized. First aid classes are useful for jobs, community service, and being ready for anything that can happen. They provide people peace of mind that they will know what to do when it matters most. People who finish a course feel more confident and able to make a difference in their daily lives.
